Welcome!

Tap tap tap...  is this thing on?  Well hey there!  Welcome to my blog.  I'm Taryn and I would love for you to follow me on my journey to good health.  First and foremost I am a wife and mommy.  At 34 years old I feel 84 years old.  Today is the day I stop making excuses and take charge of my health.  Sure some of it is hereditary, some of it's caused by auto immune issues (so they say), and some of it is just plain negligence! 

Here I plan to keep an online account of my journey.  What's working for me..  what isn't.  Perhaps someday I can help someone in my same position.  One thing is clear...  you only get ONE Body and ONE Life.  There are no second chances.  

I'm going to set some realistic goals for myself and in the journey find out more about myself and good health.  I've always said...  "Nobody knows your body like you.  Not even a DR.  You know best!"  I know one thing...  I feel like garbage!  It all ends today.  Hopefully you will stick with me!
